Assets and account
Find generated results
Open Assets in the top navigation and filter by All, Canvases, Images, or Videos. The list shows the current account's canvases and generated results. Uploaded reference media is not shown here.
If you cannot find an older image or video, check your filters and use Load more. Cards marked Interface preview on an empty page demonstrate the interface; they are not saved generation results.
You can enlarge images and use Download to save them locally. To get several files, select the assets and choose Download ZIP, up to 50 items at a time. Select all applies to the items currently loaded.
Manage canvases and trash
Canvas cards offer Open canvas and Export. Import canvas saves a local .nodeart file as a canvas record in your account. See Canvas and saving for the full process.
Deleted assets and canvases go to trash, where the interface lets you restore them within 30 days. Deleting a canvas does not delete the images and videos it references. Deleted media cannot be used for generation until it is restored.
You can delete up to 100 items at a time. If some deletions fail, check the deleted count and the items still selected before handling the remainder. Download important files promptly; trash is not a long-term backup.
Change account preferences
Open the account menu and choose Account settings.
- Profile: Change your username / display name, then click Save display name. This does not change your login email or account ID.
- Preferences: Choose Simplified Chinese or English, and Light mode or Dark mode. Changes take effect immediately and are saved in the current browser. You may need to set them again in another browser.
- Account security: You can change your password, after which you must sign in again. Passkeys are available only when enabled for the site and supported by your browser.
Changing the interface language does not automatically translate existing images, prompts, or main image review reports.
Check your credits
Open Credit account from the account menu to view Credits and activity.
- Available credits: The balance currently available for new tasks.
- Reserved credits: Credits temporarily held while a task is being processed.
- Credit activity: Records of reservations, settlements, releases, and other balance changes.
Task costs depend on the information shown when you submit and the task's final settlement. Reserved credits are not necessarily a completed final charge.
If a redemption field is available, you can use a valid code issued by an administrator. If there is no top-up, redemption, or purchase option, ask an administrator. This guide does not mean online payments are enabled for the current site.
If credits and task status seem inconsistent, keep the task ID and relevant messages as described in Troubleshooting.
