Main image review

Main image review checks an existing product main image and suggests changes. When the task provides a revised image, you can view that result too. Scores are guidance; check product facts and image details before using a result.

Start a review

  1. Open Workbench, then Main image review. If it is unavailable or you cannot start a new review, ask an administrator to check your access.
  2. Click the upload area or drop in one main image. Use a PNG or JPEG no larger than 8 MiB and 40 megapixels.
  3. Enter the core product keywords, quantity, and specifications. The brand is optional.
  4. Choose the main image priority, background rule, and number presentation. Adjust the visual settings as needed.
  5. Check the credits shown beside Start, then click Start. Progress updates automatically after submission.

Use the actual product's quantity, dimensions, materials, and accessories. A desired visual effect must not replace facts about what is being sold.

Choose the main options

OptionWhat it does
Quantity first / Specification first / BalancedSets which information to emphasize. Balanced requires separate quantity and specification entries.

Selling-point placementSelect the preferred areas of the image. You can choose more than one.
Product color swatchesChoose Automatic, Show swatches, or Hide.
Design paletteAdjust the colors used for text and the information display.
Additional edit instructionsAdd up to 800 characters to supplement the selected settings. The quantity, specifications, and selected settings take priority.

Simple label means a hanging tag with a string. To attach information directly to the product's surface, choose Adhesive sticker.

Read the results

The results page shows the original and revised images, the original image's score, reasons for deductions, and suggested changes. The score evaluates the uploaded original; it is not a new score for the revised image. A score that is not yet available may appear as —.

When a result image is available, you can enlarge and download it. When an editing prompt is available, expand and copy it. Check that the product's shape, text, colors, quantity, accessories, and presentation match the actual product.

New reports use the interface language selected when you submit the task. Changing the interface language later does not translate an existing report.

Add information or run another review

If the task provides a form requesting more facts, supply the listed information and continue the original task. This does not reserve credits again. The current results page determines whether more information is needed.

Edit & rerun copies the original input; Start a new review clears the form. Opening either form does not submit a task. A new task is created only after you make your changes and click Start again. Credits follow the price shown at that time, and the previous result is kept.

If you see Check and recover original submission, use it to check the original task before creating another identical task. A failed task does not necessarily mean its reserved credits have been released. Reservations may remain while the status needs verification. See Troubleshooting and how to check your credits.
